So I've held out playing FOW simply because of the high cost of putting an army together. Now I may just have to learn it simply to play some Greys! And, luckily, my friends who play FOW locally are full of good humour and would let me play the greys (and often). :)
BTW- Is 15mm.co.uk a good shop? I'm always a little nervous about making overseas purchases from new (those I haven't done business with yet) companies. Even if I do not play FOW- those greys look fun :D Gonna have to get some.
Thanks for the link!

Oh, I wouldn't worry about buying from them, though to be fair I'm not letting myself buy any till I finish painting my 15mm spugs platoons.
I'm slowly collecting atomic horror / pulp WW2, 15mm armies -- I'm doing some of Zombiesmith's aphids, some spugs, some germans complete with psychics and zombies, and now these chaps must follow.
The next step, yes, is to actually learn how to play Flames of War...
Cheers,
Navin

Good stuff, I like the idea very much because I think FOW isn't that good but adding some sci-fi and a lot of fun makes it probably a good game. Especially at conventions, so people who know the FOW rules can easily join the game.
15mm.co.uk is a division of Alternative Armies, so you're not going to buy from a new, unknown and unexperienced company.
