Definitely Klocke designs - I think they are Reaper figs converted to SF format - very nice indeed

They're all Elves (by Werner Klocke) from Reaper's Warlord range, converted using a variety of paperclips, electronics contact leads and butane nozzles.

The backdrop is the motor from an old electric drill (have a scar somewhere from the hacksaw jumping out of the groove), a VCR flywheel, aquarium heater parts, and wire.
