Title: British officer from Atlantis - help to identify!

I found this pic of brittish officer in one of the Atlantian Battle report on this website. I like the colours of uniform, and I want to paint my 15mm brittish offcier with these colours. My only wuestion is: doest this colours historical? If Yes, can you tell me what exactly is this uniform? (I mean, infantry oficer, general, marine or etc)

The one in the Pith helmet is a Naval Brigade captain. The one in safari outfit is Quartermain, from the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen.  ;)

Rob has identified him coreectly as Royal Navy. He is a junior officer of unidentified rank... The uniform is a mixture of regulation blue jacket and warm climate white trousers.
And he is indeed standing next to Mr Allan Quatermain :)

Well, most of my figures always came directly from old good England :)
