Title: [Ambush Alley] Game in 15mm

Breaking News !!!!!! From CNN we get some pictures of some heavy fighting in a settlement on the outskirts of Somalia. A small detachment of U.S. Marines on a mission of peace and food delivery were victims of a brutal ambush by troops allied to one of the warlords in the area. U.S. casualties were quite high, we counted 11 victims, while local sources say that about a hundred insurgents were killed in self-defense by the Marines. The U.S. president in an urgent press conference has encouraged the troops to continue the fight for freedom and justice in the area.

Ambush U.S. troops had a mission of search and arrest of several members of the political party in the area, it is believed that a failure of reporting just going to run into resistance and with orders to open fire at the slightest opposition. It will open an investigation into the facts.


PD: Yesterday afternoon we played a game with Ambush Alley rules in 15mm, with Peter Pig miniatures (AK47 series). The idea war recreate an action similar a films that "The Hurt Locker" or "Greenzone".

Damn I need to check out peter pig agine, I didnt know that they added 15 modern US to there ranges. The pics and mins look great, are we going to get a blow by blow AAR to go along with the pics?

Thanks!!!!!! Yes, we played in 15mm miniatures.  ;) and we used the Flames of War "afrika" buildings.
The next week will play another and try to use vehicles than Hummvi's and insurgents APC's.
