Reaper figure.

Very nice. :)

Nice figure and lovely painting, but I have to ask, is there a reason the figure is at such an angle?
-
He's bumming a light from the unseen figure to his left.
-
Very nice OT. Is General Drake a character from somewhere or the Reaper name? I think he would make a very good Dan Dare.
-
Nice paint job but the lean makes him look like Groucho Marx :D
-
Very Cool, I still need to finish and base mine. :)

Gotgeous paint job ( as usual from OT). I love the "black and tan" colourscheme, but I have to agree the very odd angle is off-putting. Shame, as otherwise he's a figure I'd like to have. Possibly he could be gently eased back at the ankles into a more natural standing posture - depending on the pliability of the metal.
After all, I couldn't possibly have a drunken, lurching General commanding my fine, upstanding, sober chaps! ;)
-
That's lovely! But I'd agree he does look a bit 'on the skew'.
-
Thanks :)
Drake is the Reaper name.
Lean is deliberate. I removed from integral base and first test positioning...well, looked like slightly drunk "General" about to stab his smoke into a juniour officers face...
So I kept it like that. :)

I was wondering if he was poking someone in the eye with his ciggy... I was assuming it was an alien, a spy or some terrified local/native that he was torturing though, not one of his own men!
Great figure, and an exquisite paintjob; he does look a bit Dan Dare, but also a bit Fascist - maybe some kind of political police type. He could fit into an alternate '30s-'50s timeline quite easily from the look of him, from VBCW to sinsiter Soviet agents in Cold War America.
Great job!
