The little ones look cute!!!
Lovely stuff, I haven't gotten into Land Ironclads just yet, but someday... :D
I really want some martians, though I am not a fan of Germy's sculpting. :?

The first three are pretty cool, but I can't say I'm very fond of the rest. They don't really say 'land ironclad' to me.

Try GZG's tripods. A little big, but almost exactly as I imagined Wells'.

Yeah, I have seen the GZG ones, they are an improvement imo.
I'll be sculpting and casting my own Cephalod infantry hopefully. The sculpting part, definately.
I'll probably buy a set of the Germy ones to get an idea of size. As for the fallen cylinders, they are just easy!!! :)
As for the 2mm infantry they do, I definately prefer Irregular's. Brigades' look a bit like tiny salt shakers.
Germy has done some excellent work though, don't get me wrong! :)

They look very similar in form to Brigade's Aeronefs. Trim the tacks off the last four and you could use them as nefs.
I quite like them though and one day would love to do a big game with nefs, landships etc.

Do GZG still sell those tripods? Had a look at the site the other day and couldn't find them.

Blimey, I think you're right. They appear to have dropped their 28mm steam tank, too. That's a bit of a bugger. :?

GZG were very much into 15 mm and spaceships last time I looked. It appears that 6 mm and 25 mm are pretty much (in that order) the step-children scales.
Gracias,
Glenn

The same tank can still be bought from Eureka/Fighting 15s ;)

Love the second one the most.
I would have thought there would have been more Monitor-inspired ironclads.
-

Some of them look a bit like space ships to me though.
Maybe that would change with a lick of paint.

It's the little wheels and the square, blocky hull that put me off!
