Lovely spacemen, who does them?

Those are Hydra Miniatures' Galacteers. (http://shop.hydraminiatures.com/index.php?cPath=2_32) Superb figures, but notably larger (while a bit more slender) than most 28mm figures, so they'll work best among themselves, but you can indeed mix them with others, especially aliens where the difference isn't that noticeably.

Thanks a lot!  :) With a stretch, they could probably have been living on a low-gravity planet for a couple of generations. ::)

Thanks Chris. The miniatures were a little rough as far as the casting. Simple casts and easy to paint and they are taller that most of the pulp figs that are out there. The rangers are about 32mm to the eye. I noticed that the rangers are clones...they all have the same face. lol

Thanks Chuck!

I believe that's because they were all made using the licensed pre-made human heads from Hasslefree Miniatures...
