Available for pre-order now. Love these, my Halo force is going to have another set of ODSTs!

Andy has told Frothers that he'll be doing some single-piece versions of these too:

I like these a lot but I'm not too impressed by the price. Even at the multi-pack discount price they're more expensive than Pig Iron or Copplestone.

£7.50 for four works out £1.87 per figure so not the end of the world really. You get four for £8 with pig iron, (granted the discount for bulk).
These are nice and I've bought 16! I'm thinking 4-8 for standard ODST's then the rest for specialists and a deathmatch game :D

Very cool looking! 8)

£1.60 for Copplestone and £1 for old Copplestone (from EM-4 at shows) and the detail work is better. I'll grant you pig iron though ;)
£1.87 is bearable, it's below my £2 'grunt' threshold. I don't like ordering large numbers of figs at a time though as I just end up with a pile that doesn't get painted (my bags of Renegade 'regiment deals' attest to that). I prefer to order say 10 (or as close as reasonable) and get them done before ordering more. Having to order a minimum of 16 to get them at a reasonable price irks me rather.
They are nice though, although the knee pads are a bit shoddy. Love the helmets and the guns.

Then buy half off me when I get them for £7.50 a pack? :)

Couldn't do it right now, I've spent too much this month already. However if you're getting more in a couple of months time, let me know. :)

Not exactly cheap, but certainly gorgeous :-*
I could probably stretch to a squad or two for 5150 games ;D
-
Ordered a pack last night. I'll probably swap out the heads for some WW Brit Paras with berets and make a UNIT squad. They should fit nicely with the new crooked dice minis.

I was thinking of swapping the weapons for G36's from Hasslefree miniatures.

Makes me wish I never got rid of halo :'(
-
I don't have any Heresy stuff - size wise which ranges will these fit best with? Hasslefree, Pig Iron, Games Workhop 40K? (Assume I am fussy about which figures go together! ;))
-
Heresy are heroic 28mm and will scale well with GW and pig iron. They tend to be bigger and bulkier than the Hasslefree, but they still work well. You should head over to the heresy website and read Andy's thoughts on scale.

Picked these up yesterday. Lovely figures, probably goiing to use these as some kind of police troopers for some Sci-fi gaming. 8)
-
Mine are 90% built, just waiting for my para heads to arrive.
-
They look great but a little pricy in USD. Im sure ill still purchase them anyway. :-*
-
Got my para heads today. My UNIT troopers are almost ready to go. I need to pull a Hasslefree female head out of my bits for the female trooper and sculpt on some hair and a beret.
-
Baaah.
I tired of military sci-fi. Make me some civilians.
