Title: One more time -- how to post photos

I checked the "How to" section, but the info posted does not help. I use Flickr (for now) and I do not see any "img" options.

So what's the proper <img></img> format for posting photos again?

probably do not need the dimensions in there but they come up when I post from photobucket
