Identity please?

Poor photo - not mine.  Just bought on Ebay.

Witchdoctor type with grass skirt, pot-belly, top hat with leaves stuck on the front with long coat with facings.

I bought it for my Darkest Africa collection though it's probably more Voodoo type.  Always curious as to original identity.

Seller thought they might have picked it up at a show.

Looks like the Eureka pirate range one, think Irregular do it licenced over here.
