Very nice, I made one a bit smaller and fully understand how much time and effort it takes.  Hope you enjoy many a fun battle with yours.

very nice

reminds me of the indian fortress in the BW version of "the charge of the light brigade" with Errol Flynn and David Niven

Good job! It's waaaay nicer than the fort I have (which is still a pile of uncut foam and cardboard in the corner....)
