I copied my painting style from 15 years ago to make them fit to the rest of the gang:

The way they should be :P :-*
-
michi, your painting style is really really effective!
but tell me, why do you make such bases? it looks like you don't care much of them, but with good bases those could became masterpieces!
-
Ahhhhh the static grass is blinding me!!!
Hehehehe... Just kidding... I really like your painting style! ;)

These are cool. Not a big fan of the vast areas of butt-flesh. ;D
Agree with the others on the bases, but I love the yellow and how you have highlighted the black.
-
They seem to have forgotten their knickers! ;)
This is a great paint job really like the yellow and black and the little highlight on the blue gems. The flesh tone is ace as well nice and subtle and in a perfect contrast to the dark leather of their leggings.
A very good job.
I do have to agree with the consensus on the bases, though, sorry. I would of like to seen maybe a bit more industrial and urban bases maybe?
With that said the paint on the figures is gorgeous so well done. :)
-
There quality. :-* youve done an excellent job
-
Looks great.
About the bases I think like the rest though maybe the grass is perfectly adapted to your game board/environment.
They seem rude but cute girls.
One of my van saar asks if you can give him the phone of these beauties lol.
-
Gosh, I wish I could paint like that now, let alone 15 years ago.
-
Very nice, I would steal the patterning on the weapons and loin cloth things, if i could paint well enough, not a fan of the naked ass though, not a smart move in the underhive.
Goliath "Im gonna get me some of that skank Escher ass! They is just begging for it!"
Crazy Flamer Guy Whoes Name I Cant Spell "Argh naked flesh BUUURN!"
:D
Good work.
-
Nice as always :)
Chaps as Michi says he copied these minis from minis he painted 15 years ago, hence the bases, they fit in. Anyway a simple base leads the eye to the mini. Bottoms,I like bottoms hoowwwwwwwwwwl :-* ;D
-
Excellent gangers! The flesh tones are amazing (but then we've come to expect that from you're wonderfully painted women...I mean miniatures), and the yellow and black diagonal warning signals/design are fantastic. The yellow is so rich!
-
Very nice, couldn't help thinking of Stryper though :D:

What, no bare boobs?! You're slipping, Michi... ;) But Nice minis, nevertheless.
-
Insane detail work on those stripes! Nice.
-
Oh yeah, and it's nice too see the ladies are so safety conscious by marking the danger zones! :D
-
Those figures look great, as always from your stuff Michi.
I find it very hard to go back to old projects to finish the one or two guys that I never got around to doing. Even more so when its something that was painted so long ago that painting techniques and style have changed.

The last two Eschers (a heavy and a juve) are finished and boxed:

Michi you really are a master of skin tones! They look great.

They look great - so that's the gang finished, then, is it? They're not just going into storage, though, are they? Do you play Necromunda, or was it just that feeling of "just three or four more minis and the whole gang will be done, and I'll feel good about finishing it"?

Mainly the latter, but I look forward to play one or the other game again too.
-
I really like the yellow on the Plasma Cannon in particular. Would you mind sharing your recipe?
-
Those are simply ace, always loved the Escher gang.
-
I agree, Bako, some of the nicest Necromunda minis are in that gang (although I also like some of the Delaque gangers!).
-
That juve must be a bit cold...
Nice one though, the yellow is excellent. :)

Very true, I have a little collection of these in one of my boxes somewhere, great inspiration as ever!

Fantastic paint job on some seriously goofy miniatures.

Fantastic paint job on some seriously goofy miniatures.
"A goofy paint job on some seriously fantastic miniatures" is how I would put it. lol
I just can't get past the whole bare ass thing, I'm afraid.
But when they're painted with pants on, the Eschers are some of my favorite minis from GW's long and checkered history. Also, not meant as a criticism of Michi's painting techinque, overall. I really like the strong vibrant colors.

Love the skin tone and yellow!

Same, seems more like the work of a (very talented) pubescent teenager!
But then, our Michi does like his nekkid wimmin!
