Heisan,
just want to show you some pics of my other project, this time "real" WWW2, compared to my "Star Wars 1942".
The reason for me to work on several projects on the same time is, that's easier for me to find the time to convert minis than to paint them.
The new project is based around a small German Unit similar to the BUAP from Hellboy.
It's a Cleaner Unit which solves with mishappend experiments, from both, Nazis and Allies, paranormal anomalities, aliens etc.
The rules I will use are either "Inquisitor" or "Amazing War Stories".
The minis are 1:35.
As I mentioned, it's right now in the working stage, so some things will maybe change.
So, the German Cleaners:

The Unit leader, a paranormal Medium with pyrocinetic abilities
(http://i611.photobucket.com/albums/tt196/Comsquare/IMGP1395.jpg)
The vampiristic officer
(http://i611.photobucket.com/albums/tt196/Comsquare/IMGP1393.jpg)
The Ulfhednar-SuperSoldier, similar to the "Werwolf" type, but mentally more stabil and not shapeshifting.
The Sturmgrenadier specialist with anti-mech weapon
(http://i611.photobucket.com/albums/tt196/Comsquare/IMGP1390.jpg)
Two ordinary Sturmgrenadiere.
And for special missions
(http://i611.photobucket.com/albums/tt196/Comsquare/IMGP1385.jpg)
Hugin, one of Odins raven, the newest SuperSoldier experiment.
As far for the enemies, right now I have some Zeds:

Some american experimental Subjects:

And a russian scout-drone:

But there is much more to come.
Working right now on some more Zeds.
I will also add some background stuff soon.
Any coments and ideas are welcome, so feel free.
Hope you like them ;)

This looks and sounds like a cool project. I really like your minis.

Wow some nice stuff there! Where did you get the dust 1/35th stuff from?? Love the zombies too! Tamiya yanks and games workshop heads? Very nice!
-
Wow, Love the work so far.
-
I knew the zombie heads were oversized for 28mm, but to think that they would actually fit on a 1/35 scale figure... :o
-
Cool stuff.
Where is the russian drone from? Nice model.
The zombie heads, I'm afraid, look a little small! Shame really as they would have been cool.

Hei Rob,
sorry, but the GW Zombie heads are completly in scale with the Tamiya heads, maybe they look small without helmet.
And even for 1:35 are the GW Hands are much to big lol
I wouldn't have used the heads if they wouldn't fix in ;)
I bought the drone on evilbay, some 1:35 wlker from china.
@majorsmith
Bought my Dust Stuff from AllsortsEmporium via Ebay:

Not quite sure if I adding a PowerArmour for my germans, but I'm thinking about that one:

Outstanding job on the guy with sword and shield. Very dynamic. I agree, the z-heads are ok indeed, but they look small because we're used to puppy-like proportions of the evil empire (and others).

Love the look of the figs... :-*
Not so much on the scale. :(
Any chance of these seeing 28mm?

Thanks.
But as the minis are just conversions in most cases and I'm not sculpting them they will stay in 1:35.
The german minis are from the "Dust" range and will be soon released in 30mm though, so you can make some own conversions based on them ;)

Wow! The Citadel zombie heads look like they're in scale! Good job there!

Heisan,
one Question.
I'm thinking about adding 1/2 more Battlesuits for that project.
One for the Germans:
And one for the Brits:
I think with an other Paintjob they will be ok.
What do you think?
Cheers
