It just changed its name:
http://www.goblinoidgames.com/labyrinthlord.html
http://www.swordsandwizardry.com/corerules.htm
Both of these are excellent clones of original D&D. Labyrinth Lord is closer, though Swords & Wizardry has the advantage of allowing you to download a copy in Word Format, so you can make whatever changes to it you like; it also contains a simple set of miniatures rules, which makes it my personal favorite.
If you love old school, these are for you.

These are great. Thanks for posting! And you forgot to mention that they are free. Makes them even better. Especially when I print them out at work :).

Its worth paying though, first for the sterling job these guys have done and second for the excellent old school illustrations. You can get the advanced rules for Labyrinth Lord as well. Half Orc assassin anyone?

Otherworld Games are due to do a set of scenario / monster packs in conjunction iwth Labyrinth Lord - all sounds too good!!

I second Labyrinth Lord as a very artfully put-together *ahem* retro-clone fantasy RPG. They will also soon have modules with dedicated miniatures available, see here (http://z9.invisionfree.com/Otherworld_Minis/index.php?showtopic=189) for details.

Sorry, Dozing Dragon! Must have posted right after you! But yes, it does sound damn good to me too!

I can attest that S&W are very satisfying rules for nostalgia gaming. I have all the original ed. HB's though so my kids and I play 1st ed. mostly.
