Title: Carpet Padding Figure Storage / Transport Boxes
Post by: jmilesr01 on June 13, 2010, 02:23:10 PM
I had some left over carpet padding and made some very simple transport boxes for my ironclads.  They seem to work very well.

There's a longer winded description on my blog

Very interesting, and a clever use of surplus materials.  However, I thought that the type of padding you are using is slightly tacky to prevent slipping.  Is that the case?

It does have a bit of a grip given the surface structure.  There's no residue but I'm not sure how it will effect painted surfaces over the long run
