I played in two participation games using these rules at Fall In and Cold Wars, what are a great set of home brew participation rules! I'd like to put on a game using them but have been unable to find them posted anywhere. If the author frequents this forum, or anyone knows him could someone put us in touch. I could really use a soft copy, with the associated charts and team 'cards'. I would have no problem paying for them.
