My first attempt at photographing some minis. Didn't come out too bad, but I've seen better around the forum. And as for my painting, well, nothing tells you how poor your skills are than blowing an image up on a 19" PC screen...

Nice work Dave. Not keen on the freehand words on the stands, they detract from the work you've put into the miniatures, but the nice nevertheless.

Great work, I particularly like the one with the chicken suit and the one on the parking meter!

So, does the differing code names mean what sort of threat each zed poses, or just what horde they're apart of?
-
The codes are Ambush Z references to different types of zombie.
-
Ah, figured it was something like that.

very cool

Yes the freehand letters are distracting. Why don't you print up some small labels on your computer and affix them the bases?

Feedback like that is why I've posted my piccies! Thanks for the idea Rob, I'll have to flash my printer this evening...
**kicks self for not thinking of it sooner**

You could of course paint a small coloured triangle or something to the base rather than have the huge words.
Nice zombies, keep it up :)

Happy to be of help. They have transparent label sheets available for printers these days.

It's be tempted to just colour code the bases. Dark grey=zulu, light grey=oscar, etc
Photos are good and sharp btw
