Title: 38 Fest up date

38 Fest a weekend of interwar fact and fiction wargaming is set for 22nd/23rd January based at the Cairndale Hotel Dumfries. The weekend includes a screening of Richard III at the local arts Cinema and we have plenty of space for gamers and any creative types that would like to display their work
