Hi, thought this might be of interest to a few. Some months ago I designed a steamer for 25-28mm figs, intended for a variety of theatres. I passed the design to Mark Prince who produces terrain and does a lot of commissions from his Model Junkies site. He set about making sculpts of the model and has produced the finished resin model with some wooden parts. One is currently up for auction on ebay with loads of pics.

What you cant really see from the pics is the fact that I designed the boat so the figure bases cant fit anywhere inside and outside the boat, which I find usefull in skirmish games.
Believe he also intends to sell the boat unpainted. Probably biased because I designed it but Im really happy with mine and think its a great little model that could be of use to some Colonial gamers.

Nice looking piece, I'll keep an eye on this one. Shipping seems a little on the steep side, but maybe that's just me.

Did you mean CAN fit?

Thats e-bay all over, you buy something for a quid and it costs you a tenner to get it....its something to factor in when you are bidding. ;)

oops, yes thats CAN fit! lol

Very nice looking model. You did a good job on the design.

Very nice indeed. It looks like a satisfyingly large and very useable model
For it's size, the P&P in the UK is very good. Big, heavy things like this are not cheap to post nowadays :( Don't know about overseas shipping, though
I'm putting this one on the Christmas list, once he gets around to offering the unpainted version for general sale.
Cheers, Max :D
