Hi, all!
I was at HISTORICON recently and I purchased a brand spanking new copy of RP's Thrilling Space Adventures. A week after the event, the binding has split from the the bound pages, which are coming loose! Has this happened to anyone else? Even Atomic Cafe, which I've not even opened yet, has a bowed cover. I've been collecting pulp space figures for a while and would like to get a game going using the space rules, but don't feel up to rebinding the book.

Walt,
I talk to Rich most every day and will tell him about your concerns. Chances are he'll see this before I can though. Rich has exceptional customer service and I'm certain he'll resolve the situation for you. I will say that I own the entire collection and have never had a binding issue so I would assume your problem is the exception and not the norm.
And buy the space rules. They are the best thing Rattrap has done...

You can try a PM to Operator5 here:

Also, at the bottom of his profile are the links to Rattrap's pages.
And as every other user in this forum, I know Rich is a very friendly person and I'm sure he will make a great effort to get this right.
Hope that helps.

I did buy the space rules.. those are the ones falling apart on me! I can see this is all your fault, somehow!
I'm sure it is the exception. if it had been two years after purchase, I would have shrugged and said 'eh, what can you do'.. but not even two weeks later, that's another matter.
anyway thanks for the suggestions. I have a ton of GafDoz figures I'm looking to paint up and use these rules with.

Unfortunately I couldn't find an email anywhere in the rattrap productions pages.
I'd love to hear from him, my email is misternizz at Gmail dot com.

I have no idea about rattrap books, but I had the same problem with Pinnacle entertainment books (savage worlds)
I had that book later spiral bound and that works so well the I now often have rpg and war-gaming books spiral bound even if they don't need it, as it makes them so much easier to use during games.

Walt: Just sent you a PM. We'll get this sorted out.
