Title: Applying water based Decals

I updated my Blog yesterday with a long overdue tutorial on applying water based decals (http://bigleesminipaintingblog.blogspot.com/2010/07/applying-water-based-decals.html) (transfers) to models. It's not a comprehensive guide (I still have lots to learn) but its based on my own experience and feedback from other painters.
