There.
I've said it, so you don't have to.
Any other C&Cs welcome. :)

Chin chinnery chin chin cheroo
Bloody nice that, the shirt in particular.
-
Thank you. Was quite chuffed with the face, myself. :D

Lovely work JB. Very nice indeed. Just the sort of painting style I'll never achieve in this lifetime... or the next... or the one after that.....
-
Jolly good! (Pun intended!)
Which manufacturer? (Studio?)
-
Outstanding. :-*

Thanks again. :)
Argonor, its from Hasslefree.

Ah. There's at least 3 different versions out there, thanks (hasslefree, Studio, Shadowforge/Laughing Monk). :)

Great work there JB. I really like the 5 o'clock shadow he's sporting.

Ah....but it's a different style! Yours has a gritty-realistic feel to it that is wonderful!
Super well done. What a great figure!

Fantastic brushwork :-* :-* :-* :-*
I prefer it dwartist's :o
-
oh wow! :o
got a CLOSE up of the face?
the chin looks incredible (no joke intended)
-
Blinking heck JB - have you been taking 'Ace Painter' pills or something?! That is really a top-notch paintjob. Very impressive. The bloody chainsaw is spot on.
Can't wait to see what you do next now!
-
Well thankyou but I think there are quite a few elements of yours that are superior to mine. It is very gritty - he looks like he's been in a battle - I like the 5-o-clock shadow (something I have still to perfect) and perhaps the colour choices are a little better (particularly the lt blue shirt and brown trousers). As I said elsewhere - great job!

Thanks, Dwartist. His was sooo good, I was afraid to see yours, lest it blind me with it's impressiveness. ;->=
Now, I can hunt your work without abject fear.
JollyBob, you do recognize this as a compliment, right? :D

Thanks very much, all.
Dwartist, its very good of you to say so, but I am in awe of the smooth finish you get to your stuff. Most impressive.
got a CLOSE up of the face?
Sorry, that's about as close as my camera can handle.
have you been taking 'Ace Painter' pills or something?!

Fourth one is by black cat, but Hazzlefrazzle's is the nicest.
JB: bloody lovely but are the eyes a little squinty?

Probably. There's something not right there. I decided not to try to paint the iconic eyebrows on him cos I never think it looks right. Not when I do it anyway. Just looks like, well, painted on eyebrows. That could be making him look squinty I suppose.
