First thought - Therapy!   lol

Not for everybody, fer sure, but based on the others there is a easily over-looked artistry in those figures.

If I understand your setting/inspiration at all ??? (and I may not)  :'( those oddities of characters  o_o verge on demented genius.  I think. :o
