Title: Dwarven brewery, what dio you think?

I wanna build a smallish (I have a 12" x 7" hunk of styrofoam for the mountain/rock base) brewery for dwarves, for a special girl I know.

What does a Dwarve brewery looklike?  Any help will be greatly appreciated!

An old White Dwarf had a scratch-built Bugmans Brewery with WIPs.  Havent been able to find which issue it was with a quick Google search though.

It was February and March 2005, with the Bugman's brewery articles?

Do you plan to make it with fixed or removal roof? This maybe inspires your brewery rooms.
Games Workshop head offices include a Bugmans Pub, so, how they suppose a bugman's pub should look, have a look

BTW, how tall is your average 28mm scale dwarf?
