Very cool to see the difference between your old and your new paint jobs! =) There have been some improvement. ;)

Those are some nice paint jobs the second time around and very characterful minis. I'm looking forward to seeing more.

Very nice work. I especially like the tattoos on the War Dancers.

Here's the link to your new group of pics.

Nice stuff - Tattoos look great - I think I went a bit OTT on mine! lol

Great minis and they also got me back into fantasy a while back when I was flicking through some old white dwarfs and saw Mike Mcvey's army in issue 141.

Got a massive heap of wardancers, skarloc's archers, spearmen and animal handlers waiting for some attention since I got distracted by Orc's Drift, so I look forward to watching your progress!  :D

McVey`s army was my inspiration as well, though it only seriously took off (aka, build an army from it instead of having a heap of loose models for DnD) was the battlereport in issue 178, with the babylonian Chaos Dwarfs battle report.

From your write up it seams you were gaming with 4th edition, here are a few shots of my 3rd ed army for inspiration, (even if the inspiration is must make them look better than that lot.)

Border 3rd / 4th, by the time we had the 3rd edition armies more or less completed in my gaming group, the box with the plastic high elf and gobs came along.

So yeah, apart from some 3rd games, it`ll wont be far off playing the game `in earnest` at the dawn of 4th
