Hey guys I just made some cargo containers out of cheap razor blade guards.  I got a 12 pack of razors for one dollar at the local Dollar General.  They had really big guards on them that I figured I could use to make containers.  The only problem is that they have these U shaped divots in them.  I glued a couple short lengths of round toothpicks behind the divots before I glue two guards together to make the containers.

So I got six containers for a dollar and the cost of a few tooth picks.  The razors are Dollar General brand and the handles also look like they will be great for terrain bits.

Outstanding idea. I love making terrain and scenics for next to nothing. I still have a bunch of those pop bottle cap barrels you picture in the background. Were those your idea, too?

Yeah I came up with those last year.  Glad to see people are making use of that idea!
