Anyone know whether there is any who makes a 1/48 or 1/56 scale vickers medium tank?

Closest I've seen is Army Group North's Vicker MkVi Light tank (http://www.agnminiatures.com/html/vickers_mkvi.html) but I assume you know about that.
You're after the Vickers Medium because of it's great Pulp look I suspect...?

Once upon a time, HLBS produced a Vickers Mk II, I know because I have one! Unfortunately, they are no longer producing it, but maybe if you ask them nicely, they might be able to help you.
Kind regards
Will

Seconded on the Copplestone model; I ordered one and it's very nice.
