Rules? What rules?!?  lol

Working on them.

The figures look fantastic. Love the scar on the Soviet commander.

Very nice indeed, Grimm.

Though, being shallow, I'd like it even better if the woman looked more like Elizabeth Montgomery in that Twilight Zone episode!

I wish I had that image when the figures were started. I would have loved the miniature to come with broken down stroller.

If not, I am pretty sure some of these soviets from Westwind productions will work just fine.

at the vary lest the sub-humans work just fine as super mutents.

Yep, I seem to have a problem getting to .de sites (German sites). It’s not the case with LAF though… thanks god for that! lol

Anyhow, I’m certain the look really good :D

I have to resist or be dispersed from my projects again and again...  lol

Now if they would just make a pack or two of 'straight' Soviets in helmet or sidecap and with AKs, RPDs and RPG-2s I would buy some, in fact I'd buy quite a few. Dount they will though. Nice paint jobs but I think the khaki is a little light for post war uniforms.

@ Carlos, could Mongrel Russian fit the bill?

That's the dirknet.de site that I can't reach... odd

* EDIT * I’ve try to fix this, by adjusting my internet security settings,  at the beginning of this month because I wasn’t able to see the GLAM pictures from an other thread and end up with a virus (from an other site) and had to re-install Windows completely… I’m just wondering if I’m the only one failing to reach that site (dirknet.de)… and apparently I am…

I hate to complain about models for a game I don't play, But...

What is with the miniatures with UZI's.

The IDF Special Forces didn't get it until 1954.

The Secret Service didn't start using it until the 1960's (according to Wikipedia) and I doubt that more than a handful would be in the US in 1957 (those mainly used for testing by the military).

Or by Nixon's security team ;-)

Here are some pics from the upcoming Soviets II pack.

America destroyed by Atomic bombs, President for life Nixon, Rad Zombies with a hive mind instinct, a Chimp that has mind control powers after being in space! and the UZI's being used by American Secret Service. Yep I can see why you picked out the UZI's being the most outlandish of them all:).

Well actually......

1) They elected Bush jnr twice
2) Rad Zombies with a hive mind: Tea Party
3) Chimp with mind control powers? See (1)

Yep the UZis are the standout here. :D

Nice figures BTW, I'll have some of those. Any chance of them being sold in helmeted vs non helmeted packs rather than a mix? I'd like to build up a platoon or so for only slightly less fantastical scenarios.

Not me. Had the Americas biggest tizzy fit not taken place I doubt we would have been blessed with all those cultural gems like the Jerry Springer show or The Bold and the Beautiful. ;)

Jerry Springer is English, so we're to blame for that one. It is said he was born in Highgate Tube station during a Luftwaffe air-raid. His parents were German Jews who had fled the Nazis.

Still it would make for a great range of minis. Man with microphone, obese couple wielding chairs, 7' transvestite in full pout.
