OK, I tried not to, but: I think the correct term for the garment is Dolman. The Pelisse is the furlined 'jacket' often worn draped over the left shoulder.

Heheh... been doing 1:72 Napoleonics since I was 13 or 14.... Button-counting goes by the trade.... ;)

Yeah, I know. It's taken me a while to get over the OCD aspects and fear of being judged by the other button-counters and just get things painted and in play whether the minute details are right or not.
Hell, most of the details I can't even see on a 25mm figure, let alone 15mm, so I skim over them.
