They are beautiful, but I'll stick to repainting the plastic Schleich ones.

The price seems fair to me. That trike, especially. The sculpting looks ace and they are quite big, so materials cost too, lest we forget.

however, in terms of authenticity, dynamics, detail and price nothing goes above the Tamiya 1/48 range

the small Tyranno is excellent as a huge mount, but the velociraptors from the 2 sets

multiple interchangable parts for various postures

You can get this very nice trike at Amazon for $13 US. This is why for run-of-the-mill critters I'd rather repaint nice toys and save my big money for really gribbly minis that don't have substitutes.
