I finally received my hardcopy of the Chaos in Cairo - 2nd Edition Rules. I have to say I think they've done a really nice job with it, but I then realized that I wouldn't be able to play this game properly without a menacing Mummy to attack my heroes.
This is what I've come up with so far. The mummy fig is a Reaper miniature, and the heroes are all Copplestone. I found that Reaper makes a lot of really good Egyptian characters, plenty of evil types very suitable for CiC. Perhaps a Mummy warband, hmm....

Great job, what are you using as bases? I like the mummy, he looks the part, evil and menacing.

I usually use Canadian pennies, or occasionally a metal washer when I need a slightly bigger base like I did for the Mummy. I tend to avoid using plastic bases unless I have to - I find they either warp or degrade over time, and I also find they don't have sufficient weight to ground the figure properly.

Nice work on the mummy! The bandages look fantastic, and love the contrast between the wrappings and flesh. If you are looking for more mummies in that size, Reaper has a ton more. My warband is all Reaper figures.

Really nice! I love that mummy! Gotta have a look at reaper again!

nice mummy! i like it.
About the reaper mummies, they have some really great models, I ordered some but I felt a bit disgusted when i received the miniatures and I realized there is no a clear size proportion between the miniatures.

Those look great!

Some of the Undead Pharaohs are noticeably larger than the rank and file. I'm less annoyed about that, than the scaling issues within the Chronoscape line.

Great looking adventurers there - the colour scheme makes a refreshing change.
The set-up of the figures brings a new meaning to the phrase "women and children first." ;)
