those are great! i like your bases.
are them suitable for many wargames?
-
I use Crossfire rules so I base for that. These will work for Ambush Alley too.
-
Superb work, are they 28? 20? Or 15?
Splendid job.
Steve

They're 28s. I don't do anything else :)

Nice!!!
-
Fantastic! :)
And the paint-envy is fully charged ;)
-
again very nice, is that a wash you put over your vehicles ??
-
14 days! All that lot?! :o
You are a speed merchant ;)
Great collection.

46 figures, 6 vehicles and a few bits of scenery, not a huge amount.
The vehicles were sprayed a basic colour (Rover champagne faun) and then dry brushed with the two main uniform colours Dun and Sand. Finally a chestnut ink was run into any panel lines and vents and into anywhere where there was an interior angle before the black parts were painted and highlighted. I didn't take too much care with the ink, it looks a little messy if you look close and squint but looks good from anything more than 30cm away.
Finally the vehicles were drybrushed with the two base colours to dirty up their bottom edges.
Based as usual then aerials were added from plastic broom bristles.
Decals will be applied but haven't arrived yet so I went ahead and varnished since I have other things to be getting on with.

thanks

Really, really nice collection, Hope to see these in action at BLAM :)

I had planned to do sci fi Crossfire but, if I can make an Afghan compound or two in time, these could be the star attraction instead.
Personally I would like to play with them sooner rather than later.
-
I'm happy playing with any kind of Fire

Nice clean paintjobs, quality work :-*
-
Wow! :-*
Excellent job all round on these.
-
Hmmm very pleasant indeed... I've just got my s and s vehicles but I've been distracted from doing them by some bloke on the web and his building structures with cork idea*, which is so nice to do I'm onto my second building without really noticing it... all a cunning plan I think. o_o

The Almighty is pleased.
Really though, the paintjob is so effective. Nice job and speedy too. I'm a big fan of all your projects. I am slowly plagiarising your UFO army using some of the same minis and vehicles.
