It's getting nippy out there, so we at Crooked Dice Towers thought girl-about-town May Killan needed a proper coat to keep her warm.
So, that lovely Andrew Rae has produced this little beauty for us. Not wishing to gush too much, but I think this is some of his best work, so we hope you like her too.
We also reckon that she could double as paranormal investigator, Samantha Starling, late of haunted houses and statue infested graveyards. Plans are afoot to paint her in both colour schemes.
Resin moulds were being cut today so we hope to get her out for production sometime next week. Provisionally scheduled for an early November release.

And a comparison shot with Tweedy:

Other news
Astronauts have gone on sale for pre-order today and should be delivered with the Statues in the next week or so. Many thanks for all your patience waiting for these.
Two Minions are currently (some say finally) being produced and should also be available late November\early December.

Very nice indeed!
Birthday in November + Christmas = :D
Might even get some of them painted in the New Year... ::)
-
It's almost obscene how nice that is... and damn you for giving me a reason to buy two ;)
-
she is just lovely... this place needs a froth icon
-
The only comment I have is that the side view seems to suggest she is trying to put all her "assets" to the foreground, so to speak, making her posture look somewhat forced. Does that make sense, I got distracted while forming the opinion. lol
-
wow! now that is a very nice mini :-*
-
Beautiful.
Agree with YPU that the assets are being displayed when viewed from the side (maybe head is a mm too far back or photo angle). Won't stop me from getting her though.
Just beautiful.

The Pond hotness was captured rather nicely! Super work!
Your passion for the good Doctor's genre is contagious!

Yippie, somehing more to spend money on...
-
That really is a fantastic sculpt.
Oh, I've been having a big tug of love between Crooked Dice and Heresy over these minis! I should just face it, I'm going to have to buy from both of you...
-
Beautiful sculpt with a good feel for movement. What I like best is that she isn't "overdone", seemingly hard to achieve for most sculptors (and also hard to accept for their nerdy customers). ;)
Only caveat: If I'll ever do a scenario which calls for a fashion display, she's in. ::)
-
Many, many thanks for all the kind comments. Needless to say we're delighted with her.

Lovely figure, he has really captured the 'catwalk strut' pose beautifully. :-*

That is one of the loveliest sculpts I've seen. Very easy on the eye. 8)

As to alternative uses she reminds me a little of Mrs Peter Parker!
