I'm looking to create a 5 man squad of modern/near future shock troops/storm troopers. I like the look of the armored Salem and Rios characters from the Army of Two games. Can anyone here suggest something appropriate, a minimal amount of modding is fine, I would like to stay away from the power armor look though. Thanks in advance.
Copplestones Bare Headed Troopers have the right look, I'd just need to find someone to sculpt ballistics masks onto the figures.

I think RAFM sells at least one of those guys, but I cant think of what he's called...... ???

Hey Thanks for the response. I believe the figure you're talking about is El Rojo. His look is a little too cartoony for me. Thanks though.

Actually, I think he means Scourge.

Still probably too cartoony though.

You know if it wasn't for the flame thrower I'd get it. I can stand use the RPG too bad they don't have a few more with just assault rifles and one with an LMG.

I haven't seen the game, but if you want a soldier with a skull mask, there's this "green" (http://www.heresyminiatures.com/images/wip/maletrooper_wip_12thmarch_2010.jpg) from Heresy. I think he's going to release it in an alternate version of this (http://www.heresyminiatures.com/images/hsftrp001_trooperspack1_1.jpg) pack.

It's not that I want soldiers with skull masks, I want soldiers with heavy body armor and ballistic masks. The masks could be the "hockey" style with just holes for eyes.

What about that pack of "High Tech Criminals" that someone sells, they all have hockey type masks like in the movie Heat.

Goon/Grimm - Yeah I've seen them before. I was actually going to use them for another skirmish game. While they have the masks they are lacking in the overall body armor. Like I said, I'm probably better off buying the Copplestone Bare Headed Troopers and having someone sculpt the extra bits.
Thanks everyone.
