Hello all.
Just wanted to share some VSF vehicles I made for my Légion étrangère army:

The Tank is able to float, so I've made a sepperate body for when it is sailing:

As you can see I haven't made much progress with the rest, but I'm hoping that might change in the future:

Enjoy.

Fantastic.
I cant belive you did that with card. Very original design too.
Good Show.

The robot is great! The idea with the floating tank is very nice, too - do you plan to add a "water surface" base for the waterline version?
If I would have to voice criticism, it would be that the very nice dark grey paint scheme doesn't make them look particularly "french", if you catch my drift. I'd say some Tricolors are in order, Monsieur! ;)

Very nice 8)
… but what scale is it? 28mm? 15mm?
and as Westfalia Chris as noted, you need to ad some bleu, blanc, rouge ;)

Agreed, and maybe a playing card suite-style unit marker as seen on French WW2 tanks? :)

Very, very cool. The propellers in particular draw my attention, a great idea.

Thank you for your feedback.
Both the robot and the tank will eventually have nationality markings and the card suit marking is a great idea.
I'm not planning on doing a base for the water line version of the tank, as the water might differ from the various water terrain it might encounter om other peoples gaming tables.
The FFL models are Old Glory 25mm.
I was also planning a smaller version of the tank:

...and a zeppelin:

but these are a long way off from completion.

You've got a point there, obviously. Maybe clear plastic with a clear acrylic paste for some waves?

Looks nice! I like the shape of the tracks.

Can't do wrong with a Zep! lol

Aaah! Verdammt! Die Französen! (spelling!)
I still really like that robot! And that tank! Let's put them to good use some day. Whenever the legion cares to. lol
(oh and welcome to the LAF)

Very nice start!

Still looks good, I would welcome the French to India any day... get that paintbrush cracking...

:-*
Nice!
Onwards and upwards!

Thank you all for your kind remarks and input.
I'd better make a painting test on a Legionaire some time soon then.

Oh that would be splendid. I think I'll work out a scenario introducing my new rules and the French at the same time. ;)
