The book "Civil war in Siberia" by Jonathan D. Smele; is it good? Does it have good maps of the various campaigns and fronts? Is it worth 50 pounds!?

No one has read this book?

I confess I haven't read it. Too expensive to buy yet and not in a local library. I know I shall crack if the paperback or a reasonably priced second hand version comes out.
I would trust it though. I have his bibliography of the RCW (550 pages!) and it is very good, if you like that sort of thing. His articles are also good.

Thanks Mark. I'll keep it in mind, but it is just too expensive...even on Ebay (and Amazon is even higher!). It does seem to have good maps as well.
