Sadly not the case...beaten, again!
Hope you enjoyed the short photo montage of our game. Rules were my own 'Washing the Spears!', which are off to the printer's today. Figures are mostly Empress with some from Foundry and Redoubt.

Nice stuff. I always want to go back into the Zulu war, but none of our chaps ever wants to be the Zulu's.

Thanks. I made the water cart from a Foundry Indian Mutuny limber chasis and a small wooden barrel from a hobby/craft store ~ I got a load of the chasis parts in a £5 Bargain Blister at an open day, but sadly have used all wheels. Could let you have a chasis and barrel though if you send address and stamps.

Thats the beauty of Dave's rules the Zulu's can actually win, to be honest I was lucky yesterday in that the dice scores were heavily in favour of the Imperial forces, to say the men in red were sweating a little is putting it mildly.
You can't know how the real guys felt but you can certainly appreciate how they felt.

The one set was actually written and submitted last year, a certain wargaming firm are a tad slow in getting stuff released it seems ;)
