Title: Miniature Help: 32mm Gunslinger?
Post by: ancientsociety on November 18, 2010, 10:35:36 PM
Looking to find a 32mm Gunslinger/Outlaw/Cowboy figure to portray Roland Deschain from Stephen King's Dark Tower series. It should be armed with 2 large-caliber revolvers, preferably have a bandana around the neck (though not obscuring the face), and without a cowboy hat.

The closest I've found is Black Scorpion but all their 2 revolver-armed figs have hats on!

Here are a few pics to help:

Your best option would be to go for a head swap, very easy to do, I use a big pinn vice drill bit 1.5-2mm to drill out the neck this I enlarge to the collar/bandana carefully with a sharp X-acto knife, for the head I discard the body by snipping down into the shoulders to remove head, the large stump is then snipped and shaped to create a neck plug tat fits in the hole created in body, if tis is to much work you can just pin. That way you can choose the perfect body and browse somewhere like Artizans Designs Thrilling Tales range for a suitable head.
