I just read that, i.e. that chavs don't skate for some reason. Perhaps just because skaters do it .

These minis are very out of date! They portray the 90's skater, not the 2010 skater! Most of them are tattooed punks these days that grew nostalgic.

PLEASE my ignorance; i am very out of date with UK slang. what is exactly is CHAV short for? what are they skateboard punks, old style, or NEW WAVE skateboard punks?
