Title: Brigade Tommy gunners in fez - what clothes are they wearing?

Can anyone tell what these are wearing? suits, uniforms? It is hard to tell from the photo on Brigades website:

I have these figures here with me and I think that they look more like suits rather than uniforms (look like 70’s suits even). I will paint them like suits and will give them a fairly neutral colors so they could be use in a variety of setting/time period… at least that’s the plan ;)
