Despite inclement weather, Smoggycon is taking place today. It's up to individual traders and gamers to make the decision as to whether they want to come based on weather, driving conditions etc. All stalls and tables will be held for late comers.
It's all set up and paid for so we may as well take advantage of that for those that can.
Any decisions as to the rest will be made later. Let's get what we can out of the work we've put in

We still managed 201 through the door despite heavy snow.
A massive thankyou to everyone who made the effort to attend. Smoggycon will return in November 2011

A friendly well-run show - made the journey from York, despite the weather, and the quality of games & traders was good.
Will be back next year, but make sure the leisure centre stick some grit down next year, if snow is forecast... ;)

Spent..to..much...money!!

No I was the one with my top off crying out "I will pay you, rub the metal into my chest! RUB IT!"
I was escorted out by a dwarf looking like Wagbo...
(note, none of the above happened, just the workings of a mind inhaling to much superglue)

Well if you had not spent all of your money on miniatures you could be drinking instead of glue sniffing :o.
Nice to meet you and Bezzo too.
The show is one to watch.A real shame it snowed. Not a lot you can do about that though.
Will be back next year as it is a show well worth supporting. Not enough in the North if you ask me.

Was a good show, managed to pick up a couple of ospreys I've been looking for, since a while ago, only down was nobody wanting most of the tat I was trying to sell on the bring and buy

Thanks for that. It would probably be quicker and easier to get hold of some rock salt and do some gritting ourselves. Hopefully the weather will be kinder to us next year.
