Extremely misleading, and I wonder what GW lawyers would have to say about that? And the prices are a bit insane as well.

Taking the piss, or is this a serious enterprise?

Nope, it's serious. Agree that it's bad form to advertise with GW/Citadel in the description - I'm surprised to see that. Regarding the price, you can get the minis a bit cheaper if ordering via PM on Frothers:
