I was thinking some minor conversion could make them good for VSF as well, perhaps not all of them (I'm a bit fogy clothing wise)

These are nice. Badger will make a fine Lord Emsworth for our Market Blandings 1940's game! Mole reminds me of Ronnie Corbett?

Cor I wish I had certain photos - I could see both matakishi's and akula's heads fitting rather neatly on a couple of those charactors... maybe I could collect those at salute 11...

These are just superb! No other word for it.
The second one of the left is the spitting image of my best friend James Nolan, who sadly died almost 3 years ago now.
Since James was Irish he's bound to end up in the IWI somewhere - although he served in the RN for 20 odd years-
I can see him defending his ancestral home in Clontarf against... who knows?
Simply fantastic!
