I'm often misled by piccies, but I'm thinking the Ratk Ubel's mud ISN'T too thick in back. I've seen similar effects when someone, after getting a caking of mud on their lower trousers, will have much in the front removed by struggling though knee high foliage, especially if it's damp, say, near where they got muddy in the first place.  :)

Lovely work! My favorite is the pugilist! I use him as Victorian super for certain RPG's.
