A nice game level painting model.
I like the fast NMM effect on the sabre.
Perhaps a great tone of the surfaces, kind on the dress, would have brought to a better result.
But if the piece is destined to a battlefield, I would say that it is a good job.
I usually avoid the black as base of color. Try to apply a base of bright gray, it will give more harmony to the various layers of color.

Not a great fan of the figure (mainly it is the over-sized sword that led me to pass her by), but you did indeed do a very nice job on her.
I pretty much always prime in black.

I always prime white, so that the white primer helps me paint primarily by tint rather than shade. Whatever works for you is The Right Way.
