Title: Newbie Wanting 15mm Miniature Location Help
Post by: warrenss2 on January 28, 2011, 04:29:33 PM
All my miniature experience deals only in 25mm-28mm zombies and post apocalyptic wargaming.

Now I want  to make a HOTT army like like the High Narnian army located here...
http://web.archive.org/web/20091027011448/www.btinternet.com/~alan.catherine/wargames/alan.htm#army15 (http://web.archive.org/web/20091027011448/www.btinternet.com/~alan.catherine/wargames/alan.htm#army15)

I have absolutely NO IDEA where to even start looking for these troops in 15mm.

Any assistance in this endeavor would be awesome.

I want a 28mm male lion figure to represent Aslan (paladin). After all, he was one BIG lion.

Hi!

Splintered light miniatures produce a load:

Peter Pig have a small fantasy range:

Magister Militum has two ranges that might have some handy stuff:

Also Irregular has some fantasy stuff but they tend to be a bit on the big side:

Lastly theres Khurasan Miniatures have some very nice fantasy stuff:

Hope that helps a little!

Theres also loads of historical ranges that are worth a look such as Essex...

Please post pictures of your project as it develops!

All the best!

I've found the TMP manufacturers list to be pretty useful if you have the time to go through it.

I knew I could depend on you guys!

I certainly have enough to go through now. Searching for the stuff is half the fun, but I really had no idea where to start looking at first.

Thanks many times over!!!
