Title: SoTR AAR, Polish platoon vs Soviet mecha force

My newly reinforced Polish platoon fought another battle against the dreaded Mech platoon of my buddy Millmir yesterday. My anti tank section was 4 Anti Tank rifles and 1 Bazooka team stronger than last time, but the road to victory was paved in blood and explosive charges. This battle had everything a really good SoTR battle should have, desperate runs with explosive charges, self sacrificing troops, blowing up armor with the least logical weapons, annoying battlefield effect in play, lots of mechas, sense of being overwhelmed and slowly turning the tide - and of course the micro management of remnant troops towards the end of the battle in order to snatch the victory. Those last few activations that mean the difference between a lost battle, a draw or a victory!

Great AAR, love the Soviet Mecha! Are they AT-43 repaints??

Yep, I use two of those AT43 mechas myself. One for my Soviet Navy platoon and one for my Warsaw Uprising Polish platoon  :)

They are excellent models if repainted and put on a proper base.

AWESOME - I'm envious, but in a good sort of way!

Your Pole Ary is just lovely and I've enjoyed watching you build it up over the last eyar or so.
Millmir needs to showcase his Sov Mech units!
