Title: Greetings from the Bald Guy
Post by: Ettrick on 10 February 2011, 12:28:29 AM
Red Orc invited me to participate in the Atlantean Campaign.  I just posted the minis I intended to use with that so I'm not sure where I'll go.  I don't play much anyhow, more enjoyment in the creative aspects.  Painting, sculpting, terrain building - if you have one of those to do why waste time playing games?

I'll be looking for inspiration and sharing ideas in sci-fi, VSF and steampunk areas.

a'best

WELCOME ABOARD! May your stay be LONG & MERRY...as a Fellow more-a-modeler/painter-than-a gamer I'd like you to hang around.

I feel comfortable and accepted if only viewed askance.  I expect to be around sharing odd projects and ridiculous ideas for quite some time.  My beard may grow long and white but my hair will not.

Cheers.  The next tea I make, the next pic I take, will be a putty version of The_Beast.  I was saddened by his description of a fig that never was.  It's sort of steampunk/VSF so I'll post pics in that section.

I'm balancing tasks for graduate studies now, though, so my sculpting has fallen off the table, so to speak, for a time.  It's his and a fashion sculpt I need to finish painted.  Pics of her if anyone cares.  I've got to do a lot of mixing of pigments to get the matches I need so she's going slow.  Not always bad, but just now I would like her to finish faster.

Welcome fellow traveler. I always look forward to seeing more VSF stuff. It keeps me inspired.
