started a basic interior for Jed's nova-Rus APC. The way the kit is cast lends itself to extra detailing and the bottom just clips in very conveniently. Scaled for the P.E.A. troopers at approx. 1/48.
I've added a wall over the engine at the front of the hull (only a very small powerplant needed for future apc's ;)) and added walls and a floor. the driver and remote turret operators seating is in position but not fixed - I'll do a little more work on the seating

although they'll only be seen through the driver's hatch when the turret basket is in position

the rear seating has still to be finalised and more seating (singles i think) added as well as a communications area, cabling and stowage

Very nice model keep the work up.

Really nice. Are the parts from the kit or have you sourced them from elsewhere?

Coming from you that's quite a compliment! It'd look good alongside your marines!

Thanks Dwartist ..... I am blushing. All in seriousness, that's a top job you're doing and I was wondering, what will you be using for crew and is it for gaming or for display (or, the best answer, for both!)?

If you peruse the 'older posts' in The Alfold Arms (previews and reviews) on Jed's website eg
http://www.antenocitisworkshop.com/news/2011/01/nova-rus-line-infantry-concept-art/
you'll find concept drawings of the nova-Rus troopers he's planning to release in the near future (I hope!). As they are not yet available and won't be before I finish this one (in time for Salute maybe), I'm going to try a couple of conversions based on those drawings. Jed says the nR troopers will be a little shorter and chunkier than the P.E.A. troopers (who are the beneficiaries of gene engineering) so I've ordered a few 1/48 resin, seated minis to convert.
I'm not a gamer so it will be for display only.
