Have I informed you guys how undoubtedly awesome these models are recently? Cause its a message worth repeating.
-
WOW the mini looks good.
Is that a woman in a Maximilian style fluted breastplate with a wooden cutting board instead of a tasset on her left hip?

yes, i think she lost the another one tasset in previous battle ;)
-
:o
Are these going to be available through LAM any time soon?
-
I hope, but be patient ;)

She reminds me of some of the women from the movie Flesh & Blood with Rutger Hauer.

I've always wanted some attractive female Landsknechte in Maximilian plate. ;D
I look forward to seeing more.

Excellent news!
-
Bloody fantastic!!!! :o What a character! I am guessing she is for Steampunk, but I can see this woman in so many settings.

Is she inspired by Dulle Griet at all?

Wow. She's awesome!
-
Nooooo! Too many awesome miniatures! Not enough time and money! Why can I only have one life? :'(
:D
-
Love both and will purchase them as soon as available. Keep it up!
-
If they fit sizewise, they'll go right into my Renaissance-Da Vinci-Steam-Robber Knight-project. ;D
-
They are wonderful. I saw lots of Renaissance Ratnik miniatures somewhere, and I'd love to see them all at LAM.

Frothers perhaps? I'm sure there was a lengthy thread on them over there.

amazing knife, eh!
but where will be sold? i mean, which section? are you planning to make another line? :)
-
Well... I don't know English well enough (sory :'() but I'll try to expalin: Bruegelburg will be the huge project with a lot of different ranges of figures. for example - "metal militia" will be the range of armed citizens. the next one - peasants, then merchants, mercenaries, clercs etc.
-
I think it's brilliant!
i think that for the style they could be combined with the Guild of Harmony and other high level manifacturers for some SERIOUS warbands! :)
so will you work tothis project for LAM in the next future?
-
Wow another must have Ratnik range I will have to find more space somewere.
Cant wait to see the merchants and clerics i'm sure they will fit in well with my stuff.
I will have to start saving now so that I can get the lot.
-
Exceptional work :o
-
Cracking figures there :-* 8) :-*
What size are they toe-to-eye?
cheers
James

2011 Lead Tally - Bought : 109 - Painted : 31 - Total : -85.5 *sigh*
I reckon that your Tally may soon be getting even worse...
-
I reckon you might just be right *sigh*
lol
cheers
James
-
What size are they toe-to-eye?
Jim, I didn't received those yet but I'm quite sure they're about 28mm to the eyes like all Igor's sculpts.
-
Cheers Alex, these are now going on the 'After Salute' shopping list :)
cheers

-
I'm done, they'll fit. o_o
-
Can't wait to get these. I got a spot for them in my small Empire army.
-
Outstanding in every way! Inventive and technically brilliant.
I'll be needing these for the painting alone!
-
I could definitely use these guys in a rag-tag ASoBaH warband, or even better, in Mordheim!

Exactly, I was looking for a song of blades and heroes warband with personality, and this is it!
-
Frothers perhaps? I'm sure there was a lengthy thread on them over there.
Here perhaps?

Warning: Thread rapidly devolves into courseness (surprisingly lol). Nice pics though.

Clearly LAM knows what's best if I can't help but want every new thing that comes out... and I don't even play steam punk or pirates.
-

Very cool idea! I'm hungry now :)

You need the jousters from the battle of feast and lent too.
-
Reminds me of the school dinner lady "EAT YOUR FOOD OR ELSE" :)

they are amazing!

I'll have to think about the mace - a little over the top for me - but otherwise I love that miniature. Really, it's just a question of whether or not I do a weapon swap for him - he's too nifty not to pick up when he arrives off the Bruegelburg coach.
-
your level is increasing more and more!
what material are you using? do you have any tutorial?

-
(http://images.fanpop.com/images/image_uploads/King-Arthur-and-Patsy-monty-python-380177_800_441.jpg)
the esquire used coconuts for simulating the noise of the horse!
(ok, sorry for the OT!)
-
Alex, will these be available as single pieces, or as packs only?
I need at least one, but can't really fit them all into my idea :)
-
or as packs only?
may it's better to make different set of packs?
-
I think all of these figures are fantastic, and that word is almost to weak for it :D
Its really a great Mordheim feeling over them!
-

as packs (2 figures each)
-
NEED. NOW!
:-*
-
as packs (2 figures each)
Good call on pairing them up. Like it!
-
That shield-bearer will be the first miniature I buy from this range, regardless who he is paired with. Its exactly what I've been after!

I am just amazed at the level of detail in all these figures...your sculpting is simply fantastic and I can't wait to get some and slap some paint on them!
Keep them coming!
Will there be some more traditional "fighters" coming down the line?
Cheers,
Blue

I hope there will be fantasy Landsknecht crew in the nearest future
-

-
Very characterful miniatures.
Love them!

I wouldn't mind some nice landsknechts, but I am happy seeing all of these civilians and militia figures and hope to see plenty more. Neotacha would like me to point out that you need non-militia females besides a barmaid - a cook, laundress, etc.
Mainly, I hope Bruegelburg is going to be a well-populated town!

Looking for the release date.

Very nice and characterful, not sure about using a baby as a human shield though :)
-
I missed this thread somehow... these are fantastic! Brueghel and Hieronymus Bosch have been among my favorite artists for decades- these are spot-on for mood and character.
I'd like to see some Boschian animal/human/thingy hybrids :), and some of the nasty corpses from the "Triumph of Death"...
-

True, they don't have much stopping power. :?

I am rather reluctant to put a gender on it, but its a very nice model. All of these are so full of character!

One feels you will be inundated with orders for this range Proff, hope your prepared :)
-
Good Lord, Igor, I already have so many minis, I promised myself not to buy any more ... 8)

Sorry for the shout ...

Fantastic miniatures...cant wait either for these.Outstanding.

May I ask what you're mixing into the brown stuff to make it more black? Are you trying to get a smoother finish or sharper edge at those places?
-
May I ask what you're mixing into the brown stuff to make it more black? Are you trying to get a smoother finish or sharper edge at those places?
It's just a side effect of baking the brown stuff (thermoplastic), for some reason some parts of it become darker
-
ah, thanks for the reply. But, if I may ask, why is epoxy being baked? Is he using some clay in there also?
-
it's some kind of "Prosculp", it must be baked
